I wish you could have been there today. I made the best gnocchi i've ever made. It was almost as good as claudio's. Gnocchi is such a touchy-feely kind of thing. I make it almost every day, and it turns out different almost every time. Today's was freaking amazing though. The dough felt like a young woman's breast. Just... awesome.
